I want to share my experience regarding travel in Turkey. I went to Antalya region , in Göynük to be more specific. It takes about 1 hour and half from airport to Göynük. The town itself is small, but you can do a lot to make your trip memorable. Hotels are pretty good and take care on your entertainment. I want to say that sea is very clean and beautiful and every hotel has its own beach. There are many tours you can take. If you are in this town I recommend to go to Göynük Canyon. The place is really beautiful and you can do body rafting as well, which I found one of the best experience in my life. You’ll be given all the equipment you need. and price is very reasonable. If you are interested in underwater world you can try diving. It’s a whole day tour on yacht. You’ll be given instructions and instructor will take care of you under water. This is very cool experience. And one more thing you don’t need to know how to swim. There are tones of water sport activities you can try. If you want to have a mesmerizing view above the clouds go to the Olympos telefrik. This cable car takes you on the top of mountain from where you can see wonderful merger of seashore and mountains. If you are interested you can even do paragliding. When you are in Turkey you should see world’s one of the miracle-“Pamukale”. It’s so wonderful creature of nature. It takes about 4 hour from Göynük to Pamukale, but if you have enough time, absolutely recommended. And finally on the last day of your trip, you can do some shopping. I want to say that Turkish delights are one of the my favorite sweets I have ever tried. There are many flavors, so I’m sure you’ll find your favorite one. And of course souvenirs- whole diversity of souvenirs is presented in shops, so enjoy.

My Turkey Travel Plan

After long times come back to write for our facebook page and blog followers.I had some personal problems and moved Bursa city.İts really hard to move with a lot of  furniture.I did not write any article in that time but I try to help for your questions.

Many people asking asking somethings about Turkey.Visa,job,places,cultures,tours.Some people think that we are a tourist guide or tourism company.Actually I'm mechanical engineer and blog is my hobby.I'm just trying to help people and improving my english while describing how Turkey is beautifull.

A friend asked that I will come to Turkey for 10 days and how I will spend time in Turkey and How ı can spend time usefull.So I will write my Turkey travel plan.I will try to write if I could be tourist where I visit and what I can do.

First Route İstanbul

İstanbul is most famous city in Turkey and it deserve it with its beauty,history,culture and location.Actually I will write an article about İstanbul tour route with more details later.Today I will write main title without much details.

İstanbul has many places for to see  but lucky that there are not much far each other.

• First Day ;Eminönü square,Blue Mosque,the Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar.
• Second Day ;Basillica Cistern and Topkapı Palace and Süleymaniye Mosque.
• Third Day;Dolmabahçe Mosque and Maiden Towers
• Fourth Day ;Taksim Square,İstiklal street ,Beyoglu and Galata Tower.
• Fiveth Day Golden Horn,Pierre Loti Hill

Cappadocia 

After visited Istanbul nest station is Cappadoai for art of nature.I said art of nature because  we will see a master which build fairy chimneys.But if you think that just for only fairy chimneys will go Cappadocia ? Of course not, will see many things too,underground cities,valleys,churchs, underground cities,rock homes.

Which Place will see Cappadocia Region

Göreme,Uçhisar, Avanos and Ürgüp main stations at our route and we will make same activity too.

Pamukkale Travertines

After visit Cappadocia we will go to Denizli by bus for to go Pamukkale Travertines and Hierapolis Ancient city.I know that area because I lived Denizli about 5 years for university and visit many times Pamukkale travertines.Pamukkale statiion take 1 or 1,5 days

After come to Denizli we will go pamukkale .It take  about 30 min.When come to Pamukkale will see another art of nature.And fall in love that amazing view.Every year tohusends toursits visit pamukakle travertines.Can spend time in little pools and sunbathe.Than Hierapolis ancient city is near pamukkale travertines and maybe remember Hierapolis ancient city from Ghost Rider 2.

Antalya

Next station is Antalya at our route.Antalya not much far to Denizli about 3 hours by bus.We just visit culturel places so we deserve to rest and enjoy in sea.There are man blue flag beaches in Antalya region.

There are many activities to do in Antalya but ı just give 3 days for Antalya because our time finishing.

Antalya have many beautifull places for rest and see but 3 days not enough if you want to see all of places at Antalya.

Side, a beautiful resort in Antalya

Side one of the beautiful resort district of Manavgat,in Antalya.

If want nature,beach and history in vocation,I'm sure that you will like Side.There are clear sea and long coast also ancient cities will take long timeif want to see all places.

There are many accommodation option in Side.There are lux hotels,

boutique hotel and hostels for per budgets.The owners of tours and tourism agency say that Alanya and Side most popular tourism cities.I think that they are right because there are many pluses for choice.

Side Apollon Temple

Temple get its name Apollon who the light god of Greek mythology.The Side Apollo Temple is one of the most important ancient buildings of Antalya area, not just Side.

Every year many toursit visit there and ıt look so good near coast.

Side Ancient City and Theater

Ancient theater is one of the different architectural style in Anatolia.There are 17.000 person capacity.In summer season there are some activities in there (especially concerts)

Ancient theater It was used as an arena for gladiatorial races and animal fights during the Imperial Period.

There are Side museum in front of the theater.Museum building was a bath before but now using for to show ancient remnants.

Beaches

Side, with its immaculate beaches and blue sea, also attracts tourists.Antalya Side is a very ideal place for those who love sandy beaches.Especially must see Sorgun Beach, Titreyengöl beaches and Kumköy beach.

Kas Is One Of The Beautiful Resort In Turkey

Where is Kas

Kas is one of the pearl resort in Mediterranean coast.Nature show its most beautiful combine blue and green.White houses join that good combine.Kas is typical mediterranean resort but there are some plus features.History,sea,nature,sport activities,blue tours and amazing clear beaches.Firstly I will share list of places to visit in Kas.

1.Kalkan (Kalamaki)

Kalkan is a tourist town situated to the Kas district of Antalya.

Kalkan far from 25 kilometers to Kas.It was located alongside a beautiful cove.It attracts thousands of tourists every year with its facilities,hotels, guesthouses, restaurants and shopping spots.Kalkan 'ın architectural structure and urban texture are not distorted much.The yacht harbor provideall all the needs of the incoming boats.

2.Saklıkent Canyon

Saklıkent is  60 kilometers distance to Kas.Saklıkent canyon is  a natural wonder which  is reach by passing a bridge 100 meters long.

The length of the canyon is 18 km and visitorc can walk about 6 kilometers in canyon.There are fish restaurants and trout farms.

Canyon is a good place for to far away hot summer weather.

3.Patara Ancient City

Patara is 41 kilometers distance to Kas.The ancient city is spread over a wide area in the eastern side of the port.City and port located at  the entrance to the valley which has about 3 kilometers length.
The city also has an important position in the Byzantine period. Because Saint-Nicholas (Santa Claus) was from Patara.Saint Paul used Patara port for to go Rome.Patara was the bishopric center during the Early Christian Period.

4.Xanthos Ancient City

Xantos is on the Unesco world heritage list.Ancient city is situated to the Kınık small town.

Kınık  is 45 kilometers  distance

to Kas.Xanthos was the capital of the Lycia.The first researches in the ancient city were made by Charles Fellows in 1838 and unfortunately they abducted  the magnificent grave monuments, the Nereids Monument, the Harpyler Monument, the Payave Sarcophagus, the Lion Grave,to the British Museum.

5.Kaputas Beach

A natural wonder Kaputas beach is 19 kilometers distance to Kas.

Golden yellow of sand color and every tone of blue increases the attractiveness of the beach. Do not need to say that the sea is clean.But there are 192 steps to descend at beach.

In recent years, Kas has become one of the most important  diving centers of the world.The diving clubs at the yacht harbor are racing each year to show thousands of local and foreign tourists the oldest wrecks of the Mediterranean.

Belek ,A Natural Beauty From Turkey

Today will try to introduce Belek.It is a very important feature that

distinguishes Belek from other parts of the Mediterranean Region, which is to regulate this region by trying to provide the least intervention in the natural life balance.So Belek  looks much cleaner and untouched than other places  It is indeed so, and it adds a distinct beauty to it. Despite being a small town connected to the Serik province, the population is increasing due to the intense interest, especially in the summer months.Investments in Belek sports facilities ensure that football clubs from home and abroad come here to camp in winter. Belek, which is 40 kilometers away from Antalya, is recently mention to as a different holiday region from antalya.Belek is very popular of local and foreign toursits with beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, football fields, luxury hotels, antique cities and not far away Kurşunlu waterfall.

We also made a list of places to see for those who are considering exploring Belek, a fascinating place with its sheltered natural life, historical beauties, pine and eucalyptus trees.

Garden of Religions

Three great religions, together and fraternal.Garden of Religions, one of Belek's symbolic centers, embraces all of the three different religions.

The mosque, the church and the synagogue all open to the same garden and everyone can freely worship together in the same place.Add the Garden of Religions top of your list of places to be seen in Belek.

Aspendos Ancient Theater

The most important historical structure of the region is the Aspendos Theater.Aspendos With a spectator capacity of 15,000 people, a huge theater.

Despite 2000 years of history, it has been well preserved.The most enjoyable feature is still being used.In summer season there are activities in there.

Kurşunlu Waterfall

At the beginning of Belek's stunning natural beauties is Kurşunlu Waterfall.An exciting point of discovery with its secret cave that can be reached under its immaculate waters.The place where the waterfall is located is still home to more than a hundred bird species.If you want to witness one of the fascinating world of nature, be sure to be in the peaceful atmosphere of Kurşunlu Waterfall.

Ancient City of Perge

When you are in the district of Perge, follow the long road covered with mosaics, you will find the ancient city of Perge.The ancient city of the Hellenistic Period, a point of excursion that you should definitely not miss when you come to Belek.In Perge you can visit the ancient baths, the acropolis and the agora used as a city square.

Sport Activities.

Another area where Belek is famous is, of course, golf courses.You can also catch period tournaments in Belek, which hosts Turkey's biggest golf courses.If you are interested in this sport, you will be more than satisfied with the exclusive golf courses built in the perfect view of Belek.

Alanya is a touristic heaven from Antalya and Mediterranean.Especially Russian visitors prefer Alanya and many Russian tourist give up to turn back Russia and decided to stay Alanya.I think that they are right about to do not turn back Russia Alanya is amazing with sea,nature,beaches and climate.Alanya is far from Antalya about 140 kilometers.

What Can Do at Alanya

Kleopatra Beach

Turkey has blue flags sea especially at Mediterranean region so many people prefer that region and kleopatra is one of clear beach at Alanya nad most famous one.Why people called that beach Kleopatra because when Egypt queen Kleopatra campaign Mediterranean she visited Alanya and spent time this beach.The coast continues throughout the city.There are hotel near coast but all people can use beach free.

Kızıl Kule (Red Tower)

 Red Tower is symbol of Alanya and Alanya castle.When climb tower you will see amazing view Alanya and sea are under your foots.

According to myth while built that tower architects used eggs so tower took red colors.

Alanya Castle

Must visit Alanya castle too its so old structure some parts come from Hellenistic ages but main part built by Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad I and Ottomans conquest Alanya Fatih Sultan Mehmet age.People say that castle have magnetic area so stones do not fall in sea and stick castle stones.

Damlataş Cave

Damlataş cave is a wonderful place in nature wonder and its interesting that that area discovered during harbor construction in 1048.I will say one interesting thing too the temperature is always the same(22.3 degree summer and winter) people say that inside climate making better Asthma patients so if you have that health problem and want to see a nature wonder you must see there.

There is airport at Alanya since 2012 so if you will visit here without tourism agency you must use Alanya Gazipasa Airport.There are many hotels and motel per budget but I advice that take reservation because summer season its hard to find hotels and early reservations have advantages.

Antalya

Antalya is capital city of tourism in Turkey. Many foreign and local tourists visit Antalya every year ( 11,1 million visitor come to Antalya in 2014 ). Especially Russian and German visitors prefer Antalya and there are many Russian people live in Antalya and around I think that when they Antalya they dont think to come back.Why Antalya is very famous, because Antalya is near Mediterranean and have Mediterranean climate so tourism season is long and has hot weather.Antalya has very clear beaches ( have blue flag),historical and natural touristy places.

Antalya's old name was Antalela.In the time it become Antalya.Antalya's mean is Attolos homeland, Attolos was founder of Antalya city. Previously, Antalya was important city too, it was trade city in Anatolia so Seljuks, Byzantium and Ottoman Empire were built many things and gave importance.

What I will see at Antalya ;

Antalya Beaches 

Antalya have 500 kilometers coastline so have many beaches.Some beaches for public some beaches are for hotels. Many beaches have blue flag Antalya so they are very clear.

Kleopatra Beach 

It's at the west of Alanya and has 2 kilometers coastline and very wide.Has good sand and fordable sea. Reportedly, Kleopartra had bath in that area.

Konyaaltı Beach

It is at west of Antalya and far about 3 kilometers. That beach has gravel and sand mix. It is a public beach and has hotels and restaurants around.

Lara Beach

It is at east of Antalya and far about 12 kilometers. That beach has good sand and pine trees around, is public beach

Another beaches ; Incekum, Doğu, Ulaş, Sorgun, Koru, Adalar, Kemer, Phaselis, Patara. I will write an detailed article about that beaches later.

Ancient Cities

Antalya region is very old and important port  in history so has many historical structure.I will give more information about them but now I will write a little things

Aspendos 

Aspendos in the east of Antalya and about far 48 kilometers.There is an ancient theater in Aspendos which most protected ancient theater in Turkey.It was constructed bye Arthitect Zeno who was son of Theodoros.

Patara

Patara Antique city is between Fetiye- Kaş, far from 41 kilometers Kaş.It was one of important city Lykia region in antique ages. It was important port for Byzantium and Roman Empires.

Antiphellos

Antiphellos was connecting road between Karia and Lykia. İt was an important port city.

Myra

Myra is in the district Demre and around, there are Lykia rock tombs , Roman Empire theatre and St. Nicholas Church from Byzantium Empire age.

Xanthos

Xanthos is far about 45 kilometers from Kaş in Kınık township. Xanthos was most important religious and administrative center.

Natural Places

There is four national park and a natura park in Antalya region.

• Olimpos Bey Mountain National Park
• Termessos National Park
• Altınbeşik Cave National Park
• Köprülü Kanyon National Park

Night Life

There is an actine night life in Antalya and another districts.Especially summer season opening bar and discos at marina area. There are some little rock bars at Kaleiçi streets and entertainment continues until the morning.

How Can Go Antalya

Antalya have a internationa airport and has direct plane some countries but if does not have can come from İstanbul airport.Ig want to come from istanbul whit bus can use Kamil Koç,Metro, Ulusoy,Varan and Pamukkale bus company.
